Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ASC LLC(“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use KalPulse (the “Service”). We keep it short and collect as little as we need to run the Service.

• Account information — the email address you sign in with, and, if you use a third-party sign-in provider, the basic profile information it returns.
• Alert-channel information — details needed to deliver the alerts you turn on: your Telegram chat identifier if you connect Telegram, and, if offered and enabled, a phone number for SMS.
• Your preferences and consent records — the alert categories, signal types, volume, and channel settings you choose, and a record that you accepted our Terms and Privacy Policy (including the time and version).
• Technical and usage data — standard information your browser or device sends (such as IP address and user agent) and server logs, used for security and to operate the Service.

We do not ask for or store trading-account credentials, and the market data the Service displays is public market activity, not information about you.

• to provide the Service, operate your account, and deliver the alerts you request;
• to secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
• to improve the Service and understand how it is used, in aggregate;
• to communicate with you about your account, and to keep records of your consent;
• to comply with law and enforce our Terms.

We do not sell or “share” your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your information to perform our contract with you (to provide the Service and the alerts you request), for our legitimate interests (to secure, operate, and improve the Service), to comply with legal obligations, and, where required, with your consent (for example, optional channels such as SMS). You may withdraw consent at any time.

We share information only with the vendors that help us run the Service, and only as needed for them to perform their function. These currently include our cloud database and authentication provider, our web hosting provider, our background-worker host, our transactional email provider, our sign-in provider, and the messaging platform you choose for alerts (e.g., Telegram). If we add paid plans, a payment processor will handle billing. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We use cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because there is no common industry standard, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

We keep your account, preference, and consent information for as long as your account is active. Alert delivery records are retained for a limited period to operate rate limits and troubleshoot. Raw market data is pruned on a rolling schedule. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information, except where we must retain it to meet a legal obligation.

You can update your preferences or disconnect an alert channel at any time in your settings, and opt out of non-essential messages. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal information, or to object to it. California residents: you may request to know, delete, or correct your personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring an opt-out.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls and row-level security on our database. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you and the authorities as required by applicable law.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We operate the Service from and store data in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information will be processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
